nice speech but the difference is, in China, their government DOES NOT ALLOW foreign interference. the government helps his people to achieve their dreams. In Africa, even their national ministries is headed by EU, UK, America and Asia. Minerals, oil, other resources etc are all owned by foreigners… so the speech can't apply sorry.
