iNAV never comes equal to ETFs because their price is determined by the market makers. Rather than saying buy at iNAV better strategy would be to not use market orders and determine what price you are willing to pay. Similarly be mindful while selling.

Paid slightly less than $29k, and now I’ve paid off my $129k 15 year loan in 8 months. Now totally debt free because I rent it out on Airbnb. Love having no debt for the last 5 months. I' m 50, retired a while at 45. 1 have 35% of my capital investments in an IRA. 25% in index funds, and the balance spread across other investment accts. in cumulative of over $ 5M. I receive income from my rental properties too. Zero debt and all is going accordingly. My financial consultant has been patient and has done a wonderful job for me throughout the years.
