As it seems to me , balance beetween quality and quantity needed . Consider, you manufacture a product costing of raw materials are 1500 unit , another company manufacture it in 1200 unit , quality of first product means including branding, checking etc . etc wholesale price become 3000 unit , now selling price become 4000 unit ( it treated as Griffen goods )
On the other hands ,
Excluding costing price
They did branding etc etc in beetween 600 unit
And sold it less than 2400 unit
At the end of the day , common people prefer to buy 2nd one product
1st one is left behind only for a(1) + people
If I were businessperson, I would like to choice 2nd one strategy

Well… NO. Imagine that you buy pasta for 50c. Then one day there is a new brand next to it and it costs 49c. Of course, you'll buy it to try it once. I mean the risk is negligible – you lose 49c in the worst case. And if the product is better, then you will keep on buying 49c pasta instead of the previous 50c brand. And if the 49c pasta is actually even "slightly better", then you've got a better product for the cheaper price, of course you'll buy a 49c pasta further on. Heck, even if the 49c pasta is just slightly worse, you'll still buy it, if it’s not too much worse to justify 1c. With 1c it might be not as apparent, but with $1,000 difference, of course you'll buy something that's a little bit worse, but saves you $1,000, because you can spent it on many other things to make your life better.

If you are new company i mean unless like its like some new industry and new market cap untapped or then you have more ability to your business the standard lower for your products or service but if you're entering anithing where there's an existing market place against ladged and trenched competitors then your product and service needs to be much metter than theirs it can't be a little bit better because then you put yourself in the shoes of the consumer and they say why would you but it as a consumer gonna buy the trusted brand unless there's a big difference so a lot of time you know entrepreneur will come up with something which is only slightly better in and its it is not can't just be slightly better it's got to be a lot better
