Fidelity money mkt is convenient because it is a sweep fund – u don’t have to reinvest into a money mkt like u would with Schwab or Merrill. But fidelity money mkt rates comparatively aren’t as attractive.
Building wealth requires developing strong financial habits. At 42, I had just $178k to my name when I realized the importance of a disciplined approach. I chose the stock market as my growth vehicle and enlisted the help of a skilled financial advisor. Financial management is a critical topic that many overlook, often leading to significant regrets down the road.
From $10K to $25k that's the minimum range of profit return every week I think it's not a bad one for me, now I have enough to pay bills and take care of my family.
I am regretting not investing in stocks ever since but still grateful i kept money in the money market. With about $200k maturing soon, i plan investing in the stock market. What stocks should I look into as a newbie to safely grow my money
I woke up to the tragic drawbacks of our debt-based financial system during the last financial crash. Through discipline, determination and DAVID GORDON EICHHORN SERVICES are my financial advisor, I was able to retire recently in my early '50s with a bit of land in the Williamson act on the California coast and an investment portfolio that can sustain my daily living. I try to spread the word and encourage many people I meet it is possible to achieve the goal of independence. Living below your means can be enormously rewarding! Practice humility and above all, Invest in the financial markets with expert guidance.
If you wanna be successful, you most take responsibility for your emotions, not place the blame on others. In addition to make you feel more guilty about your faults, pointing the finger at others will only serve to increase your sense of personal accountability. There's always a risk in every investment, yet people still invest and succeed. You must look outward if you wanna be successful in life.
What about JEPQ ive been investing in this ETF and the dividends are insane. I spoke with a financial advisor and he told me he wouldnt invest with that ETF but wouldnt tell me why.
I must say you are an inspiration because I started up investing and trading as a scared investor who doesn’t want to lose money, glad to say I’m very profitable now and bought my first house through it
Amazing video, A friend of mine referred me to a financial adviser sometime ago and we got to talking about investment and money. I started investing with $150k and in the first 2 months, my portfolio was reading $274,800. Crazy right!, I decided to reinvest my profit and get more interesting. For over a year we have been working together making consistent profit just bought my second home 2 weeks ago and care for my family.
I often contemplate how elite investors manage to become millionaires through investing. I have a significant amount of capital that needs to be put to work, but I'm unsure about the strategies or approaches that will enable me to achieve good profits.
Greatings from Greece 🎉great videos i just started watching you 😊 i am new here..i just creat my first portofolio acc at an app and i have that 10k to invest in VOO..and i want to ask you if is this the right moment to invest everything in VOO or to wait until it has lower value 🤔sorry for bad English
The process of trading can be complicated when you have limited knowledge. However, with the right strategy and setups, you can be successful. I’m guided by Charles Tyson. A widely known crypto consultant
Yeah no DO NOT put more money into QQQ just because tech has done incredibly well in the last decade, does not mean it will perform as well in the next. Because it most likely won't at this point. Everything has already been priced in. Valuations are getting higher and higher. Just globally diversify instead of putting all your eggs in the US basket. Now if there is some kind of US market crash, then yes buy into that but you're buying at the US market's all time highs. Just buy VT- total stock market instead. Make it simple
What if, instead of focusing on fixed dollar amounts, you used percentages? This could help people who think they can’t afford an extra $500 a month realize that they might actually have that amount available if they look at their finances through a percentage lens. Also thank you for the wonderful videos they have been very helpful for me as someone new to stocks.
I am so happy that i made a productive decision about my finances that changed my life forever. I am a dad mother and i live in Florida, i bought a new Car in September and i hope to retire next year at 45 if all goes well. Thanks to Mrs Angie Chen Owens for helping me achieve this.
I will be forever grateful to you, you changed my entire life and I will continue to preach on your behalf for the whole world to hear you saved me from huge financial debt with just a small investment, thank you Brooke Grace Miller.
Hello Steve, from Ouray, Colorado! New subscriber!! Thank you so much for constructing the information in this video!! It is so informative and helpful!
I am 57 yrs old and pretty much haven't invested a whole lot 🙁 But, I do have an upper 4 digit monthly pension from my previous career.
We have approx $110k in cash; I think I will let that settle to around 100k for the long term. I also have approx 74k in a 401k from a previous job. In 2023, I started a brokerage account with Schwab with a 25k deposit. That was SCHD, SCHG, and VTI in a 40%/30%/30% ratio. The intent was to start investing 5000 per month. But, about a month later, we bought a second home in California; and it sadly consumes that 5000 🙁 Fortunately, we do not have any other debt as our primary house and all vehicles are paid off.
I am at the point that I would like to consider retiring. So, our updated plan is to list that California place for sale in May 2025. Once it sells, I feel like another 2-3 years of work. Concurrently, I will ramp up the 5k per month investing again! In the interim, I was applying $500 extra per month towards the principle of that second home mortgage. Since we are selling it , I stopped that and have started putting that in the brokerage account.
Ha…in the 1.5 yrs of that brokerage account, the market has done well. And, the schg and vti have done disproportionately better than the schd. So, my portfolio is out of balance from that 40/30/30 ratio. It will take 3 months of the 500/ month to go into my schd to get it back up to the 40%. Since I feel that I am not too far from quitting work, I may bump up the schd portion to 50% of the overall portfolio, and let the schg and vti fall to 25% each.
I just turned 44 and awfully late to investing with barely any portfolio except my 401k, I have a decent amount of cash saved up and with inflation currently soaring AGAIN, I’m getting worried about retirement, my intention is to retire at 55. How best do I maximize my savings of over $400k
I'm new to investing, and l've lost a good sum trying out strategies I found in online tutorials. I would sincerely appreciate any recommendations you have.
Really amazing videos. You are truly an inspiration. It would be helpful to understand when did your journey start here. Did you actually invest the amounts you mention at all times. Were there drops or additional payments that you made from your end. Thanks!
I’m pretty young and just started my portfolio with around $80K. Dividends drew me in right away! Slowly trying to create significant passive income and manage my Stock Portfolio. how do I invest to deal with markets ups & downs
Why ETFs when you are 20? just go any company on the S&P500 and hold those shares for 40 years! no focking way you got to 1M using ETFs. Don't lie dude
Please can you make a video explaining how to purchase after hours. I work all day, when I get home the market is closed. Now my money is just sitting on Fidelity doing nothing & the market is closed on weekends PLEASE HELP. Isn’t there a way to schedule a purchase or something??? THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTENT ❤
I’m a god of devaluation, I buy it and it goes down! Why I can't make earnings is beyond me. It can be annoying how volatile the market is. How can I ride this fresh wave of all-time highs without getting burned again with $450k set aside to get fully invested this year?
I didn't know FXAIX was a mutual fund🤔 is there any difference or would that matter when comparing it to the other S&P 500 index funds? Should I switch over to VOO/VTI? I was really wanting to only invest in index funds so thought I would ask
Big fan of your videos. I've started reading some of your recommendations for financial education. My question for you is how would I go about investing in these options? Are you going through one of the HYSA or using something like etrade to outright purchase shares? Any clarification would be helpful. I have an etrade portfolio and I would like to use whats there to invest in a better return through at least the dividends.

This is amazing 🎉
Does all the investment in the video refers to invest within Roth IRA account?
Voo still the best❤

I wish they taught investing at school level. There is so much advantage to doing this!
My biggest regret is that I started so late.

Can you advise a beginner on the best app to download? I like how you broke it down.
